Mr. Joydeb Pradhan holds a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) from Vidyasagar University and a Master of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.Sc. MLT) from Karnataka State Open University. He previously served as an Assistant Lecturer at the Haldia Institute of Health Sciences, Haldia, and as a Medical Laboratory Technologist at Manicktala E.S.I. Hospital, Government of West Bengal. He is currently associated with the Department of Laboratory Medicine at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, where he contributes to quality management and laboratory excellence. With extensive experience in laboratory medicine, quality assurance, clinical diagnostics, and healthcare education, he is dedicated to advancing medical knowledge and professional development through MedicoInfo.
